i can see that surgeon sim 2 is somehow made for vr, and while in 1 you didnt have to move, then in 2 we could just use the joysticks. Considering the massive differences and gameplay differences in Surgeon Simulator 2 to SS2013, itd most likely be much harder to get it working in Surgeon Simulator 2 without causing motion sickness or incredibly buggy physics and gameplay, but its certainly possible if done correctly.
